The terms “We”, “Us” or “Our” relates to ‘Want Driving Lessons’ and ‘You’, ‘Your’ relates to the customer wishing to undertake Our services.

It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions in full as they set out the terms upon which We have agreed to provide, and You have agreed to obtain, driving lessons from Us.

Driving Tuition is taken under these terms: 

The contract for driving tuition is between You and Your Driving Instructor. You and Your Instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the location, timing, and duration of individual or block lessons.

Driving Lessons are only available to those persons who meet the following legal UK criteria:

(1) Aged 17 and over (16 and over if disabled); and

(2) Who hold a valid UK provisional driving licence (“Licence”); and

(3) Who are legally entitled to drive in the UK

It is Your responsibility to notify Your Instructor of any matters which may affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition. 

All our driving instructors work on a self employment basis with the permitted use of our branding. Want Driving Lessons may act as an agent for Your driving Instructor in receiving your payments for driving tuition. All payments made direct to driving instructors may diverge liability from Want Driving Lessons based on a self employment basis of our driving instructors.

We run a 48 hours cancellation policy, which must be abide by to keep from loss of lessons/money. Refunds cannot be made on block booked lessons i.e. 5, 10 and 20 hours. However we are able to credit any remaining lessons to be used with another driving instructor within the Want Driving Lessons Network, subject to instructor availability in the area. If you have not used any lessons we may refund your block booked lessons minus a £10 administration fee.

All block booking discounts may subject to single use at the driving instructors discretion, therefore no same offer maybe used twice by you.


Want Driving Lessons or its instructors cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of clients material(s) whilst on site or lesson. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of our terms and conditions.
