The terms “We”, “Us” or “Our” relates to ‘Want Driving Lessons’ and ‘You’, ‘Your’ relates to the customer wishing to undertake Our services.
 
It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions in full as they set out the terms upon which We have agreed to provide, and You have agreed to obtain, driving lessons from Us. You can request a copy of these from us in print version.

Driving Tuition is taken under these terms: 
The contract for driving tuition is between You and Your Driving Instructor. You and Your Instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the location, timing, and duration of individual or block lessons.

Driving Lessons are only available to those persons who meet the following legal UK criteria:

1. Aged 17 and over (16 and over if disabled); and
2. Who hold a valid UK provisional driving licence (“Licence”); and
3. Who are legally entitled to drive in the UK 

It is Your responsibility to notify Your Instructor of any matters which may affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition. 
 
All our driving instructors work on a self employment basis with the permitted use of our branding. Want Driving Lessons may act as an agent for Your driving Instructor in receiving your payments for driving tuition. All payments made direct to driving instructors may diverge liability from Want Driving Lessons based on a self employment basis of our driving instructors and We may not be able to intervene in monetry matters - therefore we recommend you make payments directly to ourselves by calling us on 02030867988.
 
We run a 48 hours cancellation policy where the full fee of a driving lesson hour(s) would be taken, which must be abided by to keep from loss of lessons/money.

Refunds can only be made on un-used driving lessons on block booked lessons i.e. 5, 10, 20, 30 hours. Therefore we highly recommend you undertake a single hour lesson before committing to a package/block booking. However we are able to credit any remaining lessons to be used with another driving instructor within the Want Driving Lessons Network, subject to instructor availability in the area. You may only change driving instructors if you have more than 5 hours in credit. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of original purchase date. All intensive driving courses are non-refundable and instructors can not be changed once courses have started or been scheduled; therefore we recommend doing initial driving lessons prior to booking.

After your first package of lessons i.e. (5, 10, 20, 30hours) lessons will revert back to standard single hour rates, typically £31.00 per hour for manual and £33.00 per hour for Automatic.

All Driving Test bookings and car hire bookings are subject to a 1 week (7 days) cancellation policy to keep from loss of any monies paid or due.
 
All credited driving lessons must be used by you within 1 year. If you fail to make contact with us or your driving instructor for more than a month, you will loose any credited lessons with ourselves and will not be entitled to any refunds.

All block booking discounts may subject to single use at the driving instructors discretion, therefore no same offer maybe used twice by you.
 
All theory test training, online and in-class training is non-refundable. Please note to Limit distruption to other students, you will be denied access to in class training if you are more than 25mins late and will not be due a refund if this occurs. 

We reserve the right to decline any of our services to you, where we will refund any monies due to you minus the cost of services already rendered if applicable.

Want Driving Lessons or its instructors cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of clients material(s) whilst on site or in a lesson.

It is your responsibility to keep a copy of our terms and conditions.
